Tom fled a broken home in an abandoned steel town at the Pennsylvania/West Virginia border, kicked around Europe for a year with no money, wrote, directed and acted in NYC theaters, then drove across the U.S. to the great Pacific Northwest and down the coast to L.A. As both screenwriter and songwriter, he writes on the run about going home and the profound heartache of never running fast enough to find it.

A recent feature was requested by Jennifer Lawrence’s production company and another Oscar-winning producer. He's written, directed, acted and penned songs for films screened at Sundance, DGA, Laemmle Theaters, Regal/LA Live, Krikorian, Mann's Chinese, Beverly Hills Fine Arts, Lumiere Music Hall, AFI Mark Goodson, USC Norris and the Downtown Independent.
